Redwire is seeking a curious and collaborative Human Resources, Talent Development Intern for the summer of 2025, who is dedicated to driving exceptional employee performance, development, and overall employee experience across our organization! You will work directly with the Talent Development team, Human Resources Representatives and key Stakeholders to create, administer and coordinate engagement, performance and learning programs and initiatives.
We are looking for a self-starter who actively seeks out opportunities that will have an impact Redwire’s future success! Is that you? Redwire’s Headquarters is based in Jacksonville, FL. Local candidates strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Research and create resources and guides for effective performance management
- Assist with administration of Mid-Year Performance Review process
- Provide basic administrative support in the Talent Management System (TMS)
Learning & Development
- Support the preparation and launch of monthly compliance trainings
- Provide basic administrative support in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Employee Engagement
- Assist with planning and execution of corporate wide engagement initiatives
- Research and create resources and guides for effective employee engagement
Internship Program
- Assist with planning and execution of corporate wide internship initiatives
General
- Assist in the creation/editing of department communications
- Answer questions received in the shared department inbox
- Create picture/video content promoting department initiatives
- Serves as a liaison for employee resource groups (ERGs)
Ideal Experience
- Sophomore or junior in college pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including a desire to collaborate with immediate team
- Knowledge and experience with information databases and applicable computer applications

- Innovative mindset and curiosity to learn about internal and external industry trends to overcome roadblocks.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to be organized, logical, identify and solve problems, and deliver solutions with a positive attitude
