The talented innovators in Greenville, IN are pioneering new microgravity research technologies, such as Bio-3D Printers capable of printing a meniscus in space, and a plant habitat on the ISS. These technologies will lead to creating organs with your DNA in them to avoid organ transplant rejection and the ability to adjust the science in plants so they thrive and grow in space. Summary
We have a current opportunity for a Temporary Administrative Clerk located at our facility in Greenville, IN. In this role you may initially work from home doing research but the majority of the assignment will be in our Greenville, IN office.
Responsibilities

Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner

Screens source documents in accordance with criteria and procedures

Scans source documents in accordance with criteria and procedures

Produces accurate, complete work, meeting or exceeding quality and quantity specifications

Ensures document integrity

Records relevant information into electronic database

Performs internet research as directed
Ideal Experience
- Minimally, high school diploma + 5 years of administrative or office assistant type of experience. Ideally, a Bachelors degree, with Internship experience or office assistant type of experience
- Must have strong organizational skills
Desired Skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Better than average verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to follow directions
- Common sense to ask questions if something seems incorrect
